1. If they’re so easy to put on, can they come off?

Nope! Whilst the magnets are small and soft, they’re still strong enough to hold firmly in place all day—so they do not fall off.
2. Can they really last 3 to 12 months?

Yes! With proper care and storing them in their case after each use, they can last anywhere from 3 to 12 months.
3. Do I need to buy the applicator separately?

No, the applicator comes with your lashes.
 4. Are They Safe for My Eyes?

Absolutely. Our magnetic lashes are chemical-free, glue-free, and designed with eye health in mind—no harsh adhesives or irritating products.
5. How are the lashes released from the applicator?

Do ensure the lash for the bottom of the applicator, is on the bottom. And the lash for the top of the applicator, is on the top.  

Once you clip the lashes together, they should release from the applicator and attach onto your natural lashes.
6. Are They Comfortable to Wear?

Absolutely! The magnets are small, lightweight, and designed to feel barely noticeable all day.
7. Could removing them pull a lash or two?

Nope—it does not rip them out! But just like with anything, if you don’t remove with proper care, we can’t guarantee it won’t pull a lash or two.It’s still much less risky than other lash types because ours doesn’t need lash glue, magnetic eyeliner, or harmful chemicals.
8. Will applying them ruin my eye makeup?

1. Position: Place the top lash segment on the upper prong of the tool, and the bottom lash on the lower prong.

2. Align: Bring the open tool close to your natural lash line.
